Magnetiser's role

The role of the magnetiser is to help the person rebalance their energy.

To do so, they seek in particular to:

- Detect any energy imbalances

- Channel the available energy

- Transmit the energy using their hands

- Focus the harmonisation of certain areas of the body

Energy transmission is generally carried out by laying on of hands or with the hands held above the body, without direct contact.

What happens during a session?

A magnetism session usually lasts 30 to 60 minutes, and consists in 3 main steps:

- Preliminary discussion: The practitioner talks with the client to understand their needs (stress, fatigue, pain, discomfort, anxiety)

- Positioning: The client settles into a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting, to promote relaxation

- Energy work: The magnetizer performs hand movements above the body, or places their hands on different areas (head, chest, abdomen, legs) to promote energy flow and relaxation.

What can you experience during a session?

Each person can experience a session differently.

Certain sensations may sometimes arise:

- A sensation of warmth in certain areas of the body

- Tingling or mild shivers

- A feeling of deep relaxation

- A sensation of heaviness or lightness

- Emotional release

Some people do not feel any particular sensations, which is also completely normal.

Energy work can take place even without any specific feeling.

What is magnetism?

Magnetism is an ancient practice based on the idea that every human being possesses a vital energy. The magnetiser (or energy healer) uses this energy to relieve pain or restore balance to the body and mind.

How does it work?

Through the laying on of hands, the magnetiser acts as a channel, helping to restore the flow of energy and support the body's natural ability to maintain balance. Every human being possesses a natural capacity for self-regulation and self-healing. This capacity is closely linked to the functioning of the brain, as well as the nervous and hormonal systems.

When energy flows freely, the body finds it easier to restore its balance and harmony.

Magnetism: Energy, History, and Well-being

Magnetism is one of the oldest forms of alternative healing.

Blending ancient tradition with a modern holistic approach, it relies on the transfer of energy to harmonize body and mind.

📜 Brief History:
The concept of magnetism has evolved over the centuries, oscillating between magic and science.

- Antiquity: Use of magnetite (magnetic stone) for its supposed healing properties.

- 18th Century: Franz-Anton Mesmer theorized "animal magnetism," a universal fluid connecting all living beings.
Although contested by the science at the time, he laid the foundations for hypnosis.

- Today: Magnetism is practiced as a complementary energy therapy, focused on relaxation and tension relief.
